Recent or current projects of note are:
• Devonport Tower — a 16-storey steel framed
apartment block in downtown Tauranga, which includes 5 levels of carparking,
premises for the Tauranga Club, retail, motel facilities and 10 floors
of apartments.
• Kingsview — a 16-storey steel framed
apartment block under construction in downtown Tauranga, which will include
5 levels of carparking, short-term accommodation and conference facilities
and 10 floors of apartments.
• Rydges Rotorua — a five-storey extension
to existing hotel, providing extensive conference facilities and extra
suites.
• Cascades Hamilton — new resthome and
retirement apartments.
• Wanaka apartment block — 30 luxury apartments
on five levels in Wanaka.
• 5,000m2 kiwifruit packhouse and amenities block.
The packhouse is the widest clear span (80m span) portal framed building
to be built in New Zealand.
• 7,000m2 storage shed for Anchor Products at
the Port of Tauranga. This shed is 75m clearspan. The slab is post-tensioned
to provide a crack-free, jointless surface and is the largest single floor
slab pour in New Zealand.
• EastPack Ltd – a new "greenfields"
Kiwifruit post-harvest facility at Te Puke. This has over 10,500 square
metres of packhouse, coolstores, offices and canopies on a 4 hectare site
and was developed over a five month period, from initial plans through
to completion.
• 8,000 tonne cold storage extension to existing
facility at Mt Maunganui.
• Group housing developments of steel framed
housing.
• 40m reverse bungy towers in New Zealand, China
and Singapore.
